Coach Baxter: Physio x Physique
1 Day of Powerful Talks
28th February, 2026
9.30am to 5pm
The morning session begins with an in-depth exploration of the nervous system and hypertrophy principles, focusing on how pain management, stimulus optimization, and modern hypertrophy models can be applied to improve training outcomes. Attendees will gain a deeper understanding of how neurological function influences muscle development and recovery, bridging the gap between rehabilitation science and physique enhancement.
After the lunch break, the afternoon session dives into biomechanics and performance, unpacking advanced movement principles to enhance exercise execution, improve tissue quality, and support hypertrophy and fat loss through performance-focused nutrition. With a mix of theory, applied learning, and live discussion, this session is designed to help both athletes and coaches integrate physiotherapy concepts into real-world physique training for better results and long-term performance sustainability.
